David Walley
David Walley is the founding partner at David Walley + Co Solicitors. He studied law in UCD and qualified with a BCL degree in 1976. He completed his legal education in the Law Society qualifying as a Solicitor in 1978 and now has over has over 35 years experience in general practice, now more commonly known as private client practice.

Mark Hennelly
Mark Hennelly is a partner at David Walley + Co. Mark was educated at University College Galway, where he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Analysis. He went on to complete a Diploma in Legal Studies in the Dublin Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Civil Litigation in the Law Society of Ireland.

Patricia Walley
Patricia Walley qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 having completed her training at David Walley & Co Solicitors. Patricia’s areas of particular interest are Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and private client practice. She is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.

Cathal Kelly
Cathal practises as a solicitor at David Walley + Co Solicitors. Cathal studied law at the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG) where he graduated with a 1;1 degree. He was twice awarded the University Scholar Award for academic achievement and volunteered with the Free Legal Aid Clinic during his time at NUIG.
