Mark Hennelly was educated at University College Galway, where he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Analysis.
He went on to complete a Diploma in Legal Studies in the Dublin Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Civil Litigation in the Law Society of Ireland. He has also completed a Personal Insolvency Practitioners Certificate in the Law Society of Ireland.
He qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and previously worked in a South Dublin firm before joining David Walley and his team in 2012. Mark advises mainly in the areas of Residential & Commercial Conveyancing, regularly acting in the sale, purchase and leasing of property. He also advises clients in relation to Litigation, Family Law, Enduring Power of Attorney, Wills and Probate. Mark prides himself on the exceptional service he offers to clients.
Mark is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. He was previously auditor to the Dalkey Business Group and secretary to the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Chamber of Commerce Networking Group. He formerly acted as Honorary Secretary of Bective Rangers rugby club.
