The Personal Injuries* Assessment Board was established in 2003 to deal with personal injury* claims. An application must be made to the Injuries Board before proceedings can be issued except in medical negligence* claims.

To make a claim to the Injuries Board who must include a medical report from your GP or treating doctor. If the party who is responsible for your injuries consents to the Injuries Board assessing your claim, the Injuries Board will then process your application.

The Injuries Board will make as assessment of the injuries you have suffered and can award compensation, loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses. We have made hundreds of applications to the Injuries Board for injury claims on behalf of clients and we can advise if the level of your award is sufficient to compensate you for the injuries you have suffered.
