We acted for a 16 year old girl who was involved in a car accident* where she sustained head injuries.

As a result of the injuries she was unable to complete her education and do her leaving certificate. She attended a Neurosurgeon, a Neuro Clinical Psychologist, an Occupational and Vocational Evaluator and a Psychiatrist for assessment for her case and we succeeded in achieving a settlement some days before the hearing of her High Court case of €352,000. Her award included an Actuarial assessment of her future potential earnings loss.
